End-to-end ownership. Owned the full system — from the Postgres schema and Row-Level Security model up through the role-based dashboards and contract e-signature workflows tenants and landlords interact with daily. Rental workflows involve three parties with different needs, but most small-to-mid operators coordinate all of it manually, with no single source of truth for property status, lease terms, or payment history.

One data model, three roles. Landlords get a portfolio dashboard with occupancy and rent-collection stats, brokers get a pipeline view of leads and commissions, and tenants get a self-service portal to apply, sign, and pay rent. All three roles converge on the same contract engine — agreements are built from reusable templates, routed through an ordered, multi-party e-signature flow, and a property's vacancy status flips automatically once every signatory has signed, driven by real-time e-signature webhooks rather than manual updates.
